Returns

 1. HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

  a. All returns must be initiated within *7 days of delivery date.*. To place a return, please email sales@malsooa.com submit your return request and order information, we will follow you up to the fastest time.

  b. After the return application is approved, we will send you a return information email, and please return the goods according to the return information of the mail.

  c. Send the goods to us at the local post office.

  d. Contact customer service and submit return shipping tracking number and voucher.

  e. We will process the replacement or refund to your account and accordance with our return conditions within 3-6 business days after receiving the package.

   *7 days of receiving your order* The 7 days return period start counting at the date the tracking shows delivered.

 2.OUR DUTY:

  a. Malsooa.com(wifechic.com) will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, incorrect size(size mismatch exceeds 3cm/1.5 inch) and wrong color items.

  b. Please send a clear picture of the problem to sales@malsooa.com or WhatsApp:+12139866097, after confirming it is our fault, we will arrange a refund or resend to customers.

 3.CUSTOMER'S DUTY:

  a. Incorrect order (size of the item):
      If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also manage return/exchange for them.

  b. Unwanted or unsatisfied items:
      If the customers decide that they no longer want the item, they can apply a return for refund or exchange.

      Note: On customer's duty, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange or refund(not include the original shipping fee).

 4.EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  a. Items out of the 20 days warranty time-limit.

  b. Washed, worn, used or misused items.

  c. Due to hygiene reasons, beauty, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry,mask and accessories.

Note:

  a. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

  b. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Refund

 1. WHERE IS MY REFUND?

    In most cases, your refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 2.HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AFTER RETURNING?

  a. For orders returned or exchanged, we will refund or resend new orders within 3-6 business days of receiving the returned package.

  b.The time for payment channel refunds:
    b1. PayPal checkout: up to 48 hours business day
    b2. Credit card account: 7-14 business days, the actual time for the refund to a credit card may vary according to each card issuing bank.
